Most ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalised orders typically take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

Because our rings are engraved and handcrafted, resizing isn’t always possible. We recommend double-checking your size before ordering. If you’re between sizes, it’s usually best to go slightly larger.

Most pieces just need a gentle wipe with a soft cloth to keep them looking their best. Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or saltwater. We include care instructions with every order.

Yes — for custom engraved items, we’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before we begin crafting. You’ll have a chance to request changes before we start.

Yes! Every piece arrives in a branded gift box, ready to give. If you’d like a handwritten gift note included, just add it to the notes section at checkout.

Engraving cuts into the metal for a deep, permanent mark — ideal for signet rings and items that will see daily wear. Etching creates a finer, more detailed surface design. We’ll recommend the best technique based on your design.

Most of our pieces are nickel-free or use hypoallergenic metals. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the product description or reach out and we’ll confirm for you.

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This doesn’t cover normal wear from daily use or damage from improper care. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
